We offer:

1. employment under a temporary employment contract through a Polish temporary employment agency (we provide both German and Polish contract terms),
2. social insurance in Poland (social insurance contributions paid to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)—confirmed A1 form), or in Germany through the Health Insurance Fund (German social insurance system)—at the employee’s discretion,
3. taxes paid to the German Tax Office starting on the first day,
4. a gross hourly rate of 16 euros,
5. work 5 days a week, including Saturdays if necessary – work in 2 shifts: Shift 1: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Shift 2: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM,
6. the employee is entitled to a 30-minute unpaid break during work,
7. the possibility of working overtime when there is a larger volume of goods,
8. pay depends on the number of working days in the month, the employee’s tax bracket, vacation days, sick leave, and other factors,
9. Temporary employees are entitled to 2 days of paid vacation for each full month worked (employees may take this time off or receive a cash equivalent, the amount of which is calculated individually based on their average salary),
10. Accommodation is provided at a cost of 250 euros per month (automatically deducted from pay),
11. The employee must have their own insulated work boots with steel toes. We will pay a cash allowance for the use of personal work clothing,
12. the option to receive advance payments (up to 100 euros weekly),
13. payments by the 15th of each month to the designated bank account,

15. Vehicle owners receive a cash allowance for using their own car to transport other HR New Future employees. The allowance is calculated on a pro-rata basis,
16. If an employee drives alone, they do not receive a car allowance from us. The same applies to couples or groups who arrived at the project together. The allowance is payable to the person (driver) who also picks up the other employees from their place of accommodation,
17. The allowance for the driver is calculated based on the number of people transported and the number of days on which they drove employees to work. It amounts to UP TO 100 euros gross per month,
18. and those who are driven to work settle the costs of travel “to” and “from” work directly with the vehicle owner. These arrangements are determined on an individual basis.

Responsibilities:

The work will be on a rotating basis—depending on current needs, the employee will perform tasks related to both order picking and operating an industrial forklift. Responsibilities include:

1. packing and preparing selected goods for shipment,
2. operating electric forklifts to pick orders in German,
3. picking customer orders,
4. scanning and recording the movement of goods in the warehouse management system,
5. receiving, loading, unloading, storing, packing, and transporting goods,
6. checking the completeness and quality of packaging,
7. operating a rotary-arm stretch wrap machine,
8. providing support for incoming goods and warehousing,
9. working in deep-freeze conditions (at temperatures down to -24°C) while wearing appropriate work clothing.

Requirements:

1. certification to operate industrial (electric) forklifts, such as the Amaise model (certification obtained at a previous place of employment is acceptable),
2. willingness to work shifts and in sub-zero temperatures, i.e., -21°C,
3. knowledge of German at the A2/B1 level,
4. G25 medical exams are preferred—these are mandatory for individuals operating vehicles, including industrial forklifts, and assess vision, reflexes, and overall psychophysical fitness,
5. G21 medical examination is also preferred—cold microclimate,
6. Experience working as an industrial forklift operator, warehouse logistics specialist, or order picker,
7. Having your own car or a driver’s license is a plus.
