1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules set out the terms and conditions for using the services provided by WorkRadar.eu (the “Website”) in accordance with the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002.
1.2. The content of this Website constitutes a database protected under the Database Protection Act of 27 July 2001.
1.3. WorkRadar.eu provides these Rules free of charge in a downloadable format prior to using the Services and upon request.
1.4. By using the Services, you accept these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
2. DEFINITIONS
- 2.1. Website – WorkRadar.eu platform.
- 2.2. Service Provider / WorkRadar / we/us – WorkRadar.eu sp. z o.o., registered in Gdańsk, Poland (details on the Website).
- 2.3. User / you – adult individual using the Website, either as a Guest User or Logged-in User.
- 2.4. Guest User – User not logged in or without a User Account.
- 2.5. Logged-in User – User with a registered and activated User Account.
- 2.6. Employer – entity or individual posting a Job Offer on the Website.
- 2.7. Parties – the User and WorkRadar.eu collectively.
- 2.8. Contract – service provision contract between WorkRadar.eu and the User.
- 2.9. Services – services offered electronically through the Website, including Job Alerts, Matchmaking, Matching Job Offers, and Recommended Job Offers.
- 2.10. Job Offer – a job offer published on the Website.
- 2.11. Job Alert – email notifications of new Job Offers based on User preferences.
- 2.12. User Account – account for Logged-in Users, including the Candidate Profile and related functionalities.
- 2.13. Candidate Profile – information about the User required for recruitment and job matching.
- 2.14. Recommended Job Offers – automated job recommendations based on prior applications.
- 2.15. Matching Job Offers – automated job offers sent to Users based on their Candidate Profile.
3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. To use the Services, you need:
- a computer, smartphone, or device with Internet access;
- an email address;
- a web browser;
- cookies and Javascript enabled;
- PDF reader software.
3.2. Risks may include:
- loss of data confidentiality;
- malware attacks;
- service interruptions;
- spam.
3.3. WorkRadar.eu employs technical measures to prevent unauthorized access.
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
4.1. Services available:
- browse Job Offers;
- submit applications;
- receive Job Alerts;
- register and access a User Account;
- use Matchmaking, Matching, and Recommended Job Offers.
4.2. Some Services require a completed Candidate Profile.
4.3. Services are generally free of charge.
4.4. Only adults may use the Services.
4.5. Users may stop using the Services or delete their account at any time.
5. JOB ALERTS
- 5.1. Users provide an email to receive Job Alerts.
- 5.2. Activation required for Guest Users; Logged-in Users automatically receive alerts.
- 5.3. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails or User Account.
- 5.4. WorkRadar.eu may limit the number of alerts per User.
6. USER ACCOUNT
- 6.1. Only adults may register a User Account.
- 6.2. One account per User.
- 6.3. Registration requires email, password, and acceptance of Rules and Privacy Policy.
- 6.4. Alternative authentication (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) may be used.
- 6.5. Candidate Profile may include personal data for job matching.
- 6.6. Users can update or delete profile data, except email.
- 6.7. Optional consent allows marketing communication.
- 6.8. Users can withdraw consent at any time.
- 6.9. Account deletion removes all profile data but does not affect submitted applications.
- 6.10. WorkRadar.eu may delete accounts for legal violations or false data, with prior notice.
7. REPLYING TO JOB OFFERS
- 7.1. Apply via the “Apply” button on the Website.
- 7.2. Provide true data when applying.
- 7.3. Confirmations sent to User email or displayed in User Account.
- 7.4. Users may view Employer profiles and related privacy notices.
8. RECOMMENDED JOB OFFERS
- 8.1. Activated after the first application.
- 8.2. Job recommendations automated based on profile and application history.
- 8.3. Sent via email and/or displayed on the Website.
- 8.4. Users may unsubscribe anytime.
9. MATCHING JOB OFFERS
- 9.1. Activated after completing Candidate Profile.
- 9.2. Provides automated job matches based on User profile.
- 9.3. Sent via email and/or displayed on the Website.
- 9.4. Users may unsubscribe anytime.
10. COPYRIGHTS
- 10.1. All Website content is protected by copyright and database rights.
- 10.2. Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction is prohibited.
- 10.3. Legal consequences for infringement.
11. LIABILITY
- 11.1. Employers are responsible for Job Offers content.
- 11.2. No guarantee of Employer response.
- 11.3. WorkRadar.eu may take Website offline for maintenance.
- 11.4. Users must provide true data, act lawfully, and respect third-party rights.
- 11.5. Report illegal or abusive content via email; WorkRadar.eu will act promptly.
12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- 12.1. WorkRadar.eu is the data controller.
- 12.2. Data processing follows GDPR.
- 12.3. Profiling used for Matchmaking, Matching, and Recommended Offers.
- 12.4. Users may object to profiling at any time.

13. RIGHT OF RESCISSION
- 13.1. Users may withdraw from paid Services within 14 days.
- 13.2. Send notice via email; refunds issued via original payment method.
- 13.3. Partial refunds apply if Services were partially used.

15. FINAL PROVISIONS
- 15.1. Rules effective from 25.09.2025.
- 15.2. Amendments notified via email or Website; acceptance required to continue using Services.
- 15.3. Polish law governs matters not regulated herein.
