JYSK ORDER PICKER/WAREHOUSE WORKER (M/F/N)

We offer:

1. employment under a temporary employment contract through a Polish temporary employment agency (we provide German contract terms),
2. social insurance in Germany through the Health Insurance Fund (German social insurance system),
3. taxes paid to the German Tax Office starting on the first day,
4. a gross hourly rate of 14.96 euros,
5. 40 hours of work per week—working two shifts,
6. the possibility of working overtime on Saturdays when there is a higher volume of goods,
7. Temporary employees are entitled to 2 days of paid vacation for each full month worked (employees may take this time off or receive a cash equivalent, the amount of which is calculated individually based on average pay),
8. accommodation provided for 150–250 euros per month,
9. the option to receive advance payments (up to 100 euros weekly),
10. payments by the 15th of each month to the designated bank account,
11. opportunities for professional development at an international company,
12. a cash allowance for using your own car to transport other New Future HR employees. The allowance is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Responsibilities:

1. The job involves manually unloading packages from a truck carrying Jysk products (usually furniture),
2. Teams consist of 3 people. Each of the 3 team members unloads and stacks the packages onto a pallet,
3. after the packages are arranged on the pallet according to instructions, they are wrapped in stretch film, and then one person on the team transports the pallet to the designated location using a forklift (Linde and Crown electric forklifts),
4. Additional tasks: receiving goods, loading, unloading, storing, packing, and transporting goods, as well as general warehouse cleanup.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar position,
2. accuracy and attention to detail in performing work,
3. forklift certification,
4. physical fitness,
5. having your own car or a driver’s license is a plus.
