Duties:

1. Renovation of flat roofs on industrial and commercial buildings
2. Work on large-area roofs: 700–800 m²
3. Installation of insulation and roofing membranes (fastening without a torch!)
4. Working at heights (7–8 meters)
5. General construction work (manual labor)
6. Compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining order in the workplace

Requirements:

1. experience in roof sealing
2. Independence, attention to detail, precision, and a focus on quality workmanship
3. general physical fitness
4. no health conditions that would prevent working at heights
5. A Class B driver’s license is preferred
6. Ownership of a car for travel is preferred
