💰 Gross salary: 6,000–9,000 zł/month

⚡ Hourly rate (UZ):

Gross: 31.44 PLN/hour

Net: 25.5 zł/hour

⏱ Schedule: 10–12 hours/day or night

⚙️ Responsibilities:

• Logistics and palletizing (Ship / Outbound): stacking boxes onto shipping pallets, wrapping them with stretch film, and transferring pallets to the shipping area.

• Quality control and packaging (Pack): final inspection of items for defects, selecting shipping boxes based on dimensions, packaging, labeling, and placing packages on the conveyor belt.

• Order Fulfillment (Pick): dynamic picking of items from shelves into carts using a handheld terminal and their delivery to the packing area.

• Receiving and Stowage (Inbound / Stow): unloading pallets containing a multi-brand assortment of products from e-commerce giant Amazon (item weights ranging from 1 to 30 kg in accordance with BHP standards), visual inspection for defects, scanning, and entering data into the system.

• Onboarding and Training: a paid orientation course (3–5 days) that includes a test to identify the need for additional training (with no risk of termination) and a 1-month soft onboarding period before final assignment to the process.

🌡️ Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working conditions—the warehouse is heated, all workstations are conveniently organized, employees can listen to their own music, and training is available in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.

• Cafeteria—tea, coffee, and sandwich vending machines (up to 12 zlotys) are available, along with refrigerators and kettles. Fresh fruit is provided to employees every Thursday, and catering is organized on holidays.

• Personal Belongings – Each employee has a personal locker both in the locker room and at their workstation.

• Work clothes – provided free of charge for employment lasting at least 2 months. If an employee works for 1 month, 150 zlotys will be deducted; if less than 1 month, 300 zlotys will be deducted.

• Medical examination – 150 zł (deducted from the first paycheck)

• We provide the documents needed to apply for a residence permit
