WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

Work location: 89160 Dornstadt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, approx. 600 km from Zgorzelec

The work will be performed for a renowned German technology company based in Dornstadt near Ulm, specializing in the production of modern machinery and automation systems for industry. The company has been in business since 1992 and is one of the world leaders in the field of production automation. The group employs over 1,400 people worldwide, and its solutions are used in industries such as electronics, energy, and life sciences. It is a modern, technologically advanced manufacturing environment offering work with high-quality industrial machinery and equipment.

WE OFFER:

1. A German permanent employment contract with a 6-month probationary period.
2. People recruited by our agency are already working at the company.
3. Attractive salary of approximately 3,250 euros net per full-time position (168 working hours per month) plus bonuses for any overtime and work on Saturdays.
4. The employer provides housing—rooms with Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen, and a bathroom. The housing cost of 650 euros is deducted from your salary at the end of the month.
5. Employment is on a single-shift schedule.
6. Insurance and pension contributions are paid by the employer.
7. Paid vacation.
8. Long-term employment.
9. All benefits to which employees are entitled under German employment law.
10. Support at every stage of the recruitment process, including assistance from a consultant with organizational matters.
11. Support during employment in Germany.
12. Preparation of a professional profile in German.
13. The period of employment counts toward the service time required for pension eligibility (after working 5 years in Germany, you are entitled to a German pension).
14. We facilitate insurance through an insurance company that guarantees free medical care, even during your stay in Poland. Option to insure other family members.
15. Candidates who take a job through our agency will receive a 10% discount on translation services provided by our office—for example, if you need documents translated for a loan in Poland, etc. Please refer to this job posting when requesting such services.

We do not charge any fees for our employment placement services.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
2. Relevant education is preferred.
3. Welding certifications are preferred.
4. Knowledge of technical drawing.
5. Communicative proficiency in spoken and written German (required); language proficiency will be verified during a phone interview.
6. Driver’s license and personal vehicle—required.
7. Good physical condition.
8. Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.

DUTIES:

1. Welding steel structural components using the MAG method—materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
2. Any necessary rework.
3. Final inspection of welded components in accordance with technical drawings.
4. Compliance with welding standards, e.g., DIN 1090.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.
6. Other duties typical of the above-mentioned position.
