💸 *Production Line Worker for Gluten-Free Bakery Products* 💸

Salary: 31.40 PLN gross/year

◾ 25.36 PLN net — for individuals whose gross income did not exceed 30,000 PLN in 2026.

◾ 22.69 PLN net — for individuals who have already earned more than 30,000 PLN gross in 2026.

◾ 31.40 PLN net — for students.

Bonuses and financial allowances: None.

About the company: BALVITEN is a Polish manufacturer of gluten-free baked goods for people with celiac disease, phenylketonuria, and gluten intolerance.

Work in food production, primarily baked goods.

Responsibilities:

Bakery Department:

• preparing dough;

• loading baking sheets with baked goods into the oven;

• removing finished products from the oven;

• working at temperatures of +25…+30°C.

Finished Products Department:

• Sorting products by category;

• Packing products into cardboard boxes and baskets;

• labeling products;

• Sealing cardboard boxes;

• individual packaging, such as sliced bread in bags;

• grinding baked goods into breadcrumbs and packaging them;

• Weighing oatmeal;

• preparing products for shipment and protecting them from damage during transport;

• working at a temperature of +18…+25°C.

Important: On their first day of work, employees are introduced to various production processes. Subsequently, management assigns them to tasks based on production needs. In the finished goods department, there are no permanently assigned workstations—tasks may change throughout a shift. During sorting, cutting, and hermetic packaging, some employees wear masks and special white aprons.

Requirements:

• current medical examinations and a certificate for sanitary and epidemiological control;

• occupational health certificate;

• conversational English—for candidates of nationalities other than Ukrainian and Moldovan;

• dexterity;

• good eyesight;

• attentiveness and thoroughness;

• Willingness to work long hours and on weekends.

Workplace conditions:

• work is primarily performed while standing;

• Temperature ranges from +18°C to +30°C, depending on the department.

Work location: 41-100 Siemianowice Śląskie, Fabryczna 5

Night shifts: Yes

Shift work: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Work schedule:

• 6–7 days per week;

• at least 8 hours per day, usually 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday);

• Day and night shifts;

• 1 day off per week;

• approximately 200–240 hours per month;

• You may work more than 8 hours a day if you wish, provided you notify the foreman in advance;

• Must be willing to work on weekends.

Additional expenses:

• medical examination — 210 PLN;

• Housing — 500 PLN.

Transportation to work: public transportation.

Accommodation: 4-person rooms with standard beds. Blankets, pillows, and throws are provided. There are fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, kettles, pots, and dishes. Washing machines are available free of charge.

Supplement for private housing: 2.00 PLN net for each day worked.
